Subconjunctival injection of 1.25 mg of bevacizumab resulted in no significant change in size of the pterygium, but showed promise in inducing regression in vascularity and thickness.

There was a positive correlation between pre- and postoperative visual acuity, and an inverse correlation between macular thickness and postoperative visual acuity.

Steroid-induced cataract and glaucoma in pediatric patients with nephrotic syndrome
Cataract formation was a more common complication of prolonged oral corticosteroid therapy with a prevalence rate of 13.6%. Pediatric patients with a longer duration of steroid therapy are at greater risk of cataract formation.
